Flap Vulkollan VLS contact wheel

Vulkollan VLS flap contact wheel for abrasive belts on manual and automatic machines and robotic systems. It is composed of an aluminum hub covered in Vulkollan VLS blades with a width of approximately 10 mm and a standard height of 20/25 mm, 45 mm available on request. Used for dry grinding and finishing of soft metals (brass, aluminium, zamak, bronze, etc.), where it is necessary to follow the profile, with flexible and non-flexible abrasive belts, from 60 to 400 grit. The use of a Vulkollan flap wheel ensures high performance and durability of the abrasive belt by continuously reviving the cutting action.
Hardness 30/35 shore, on request 40/45 shore, other dimensions and inclination of the lamellas to increase the finishing quality of the machined piece.
