Insert DORMER PRAMET for turning. Zero rake negative geometry with rounded cutting edge, suitable for finishing operations up to semi-roughing continuous to slightly interrupted cutting of cast irons and potentially hard materials, which produce short chips. Grade CVD 6640 with very high toughness and reliability, ideal choice for machines operating at low to medium cutting speeds and medium to high feed rates. Main application ISO class K25-K40, secondary P20-P40.
