Flux FOUNDRY BRASS 5 for copper alloys

Powder flux FOUNDRY BRASS 5 for the covering, slagging, purification/deoxidation treatment of copper alloys, brass. Used as a covering of the metal bath during the entire melting cycle and waiting for the liquid metal to avoid contact between the metal and the atmosphere, preventing the humidity of the air from producing high surface oxidation; after melting, mixed with the metal to eliminate the oxides inside the molten alloy to improve the metallurgical characteristics and have low-metal slag. The product can be added to the liquid metal via a perforated bell or with MD-SDA/MD-SO series equipment. Packaged in 25 kg bags.
