Rod 321 for TIG welding

Special welding rod for high speed steel, tool steel, low alloyed steel. On theese you need a pre-heating at 300°C approx. The beading is heat treatable.
Applications: planes, drills, threading tools, molds, chisels, mills for materials with resistance upper than 850 N/mm², knives, draving die.
Hardness: 59 - 62 HRc after beading, 25 HRc after annealing (5 h at 800 - 830°C), 63 - 65 HRc after oil hardening (1160 - 1250°C).
Welding current: DC+, AC. Efficiency 150%.
