Countersinks

A wide range of countersinks are available upon request for countersinking holes with angles of 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, 100°, 120° in accordance with DIN 335-C or for 90° countersunk screw seats in accordance with DIN 1866. The countersinks can be supplied in HSS, HSS-Co for machining steel, stainless steel, aluminum and cast iron or in HM hard metal for hardened steel, titanium and its alloys, Hardox, Inconel with a polished or coated finish, with the option of having 1, 3, 4 or 5 cutting edges. The available shanks are cylindrical, Morse taper, and ¼" hex drive for use with electric and cordless screwdrivers; there is also a modular version and one with a manual handle. Countersinks and deburrers for countersinking and finishing holes are also available with the same angles.
