Threading inserts

Inserts and insert holders DORMER-PRAMET for internal or external threading on lathes are available upon request: partial profile inserts that can be used to create multiple threads with a single insert, or full profile inserts with finishing of the thread crest, an economical series with P1 geometry or a precision line with ground insert, specific inserts for aluminum, with right-hand, left-hand, or neutral threading profiles. The available threads are the metric ISO M thread 60°, the unified UN thread and the NPT tapered thread 60°, the Whitworth W thread and the BSPT tapered thread 55°, the trapezoidal thread 30°, the ACME and Stub ACME thread 29°, the API RD round thread, and the metric RD round thread.
