First-choice sharp geometry for finishing stainless steels, superalloys and non-ferrous alloys and, conditionally, steels, cast irons and hard materials; characterized by a strongly positive rake angle without T-land, with a rounded cutting edge also usable with large overhangs. Grade PVD T8315, characterized by excellent abrasion resistance and above-average operational reliability, is suitable for medium-high cutting speed machining of hard materials.
